Effective date: April 30, 2026
Last updated: April 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Alternative Data Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("Flash AI", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website at flash.ai and the related products, applications, dashboards, APIs, and services we make available (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Important notices: these Terms contain a class-action waiver (Section 22.2), a choice-of-law clause (Section 22.1), a limitation of liability (Section 19), and disclaimers regarding AI-generated output (Sections 7 and 18). Read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- "Account" means the user account you create to access the Service.
- "AI Provider" means a third-party model or inference provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google, ElevenLabs, Replicate, Stability AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenRouter, or any other provider we integrate from time to time).
- "Affiliate Program" means the referral program described in Section 12.
- "Credits" means the units (whether labelled credits, tokens, words, images, minutes, or otherwise) consumed when you use AI features.
- "Output" means any text, image, audio, video, code, or other content the Service returns to you in response to your User Content.
- "Plan" means a subscription tier or prepaid package made available through the Service.
- "Team" means a Team workspace created or joined under Section 11.
- "User Content" means the prompts, messages, files, images, audio recordings, video reference material, voice samples, facial likenesses, brand guidelines, custom templates, and other inputs you submit to the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an Account, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to enter into a paid Plan. The Service is not available to users in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions administered by Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not on any restricted-party list.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.
3. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create your Account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, your API keys, and any other credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You may not (a) share your Account with anyone outside your own organisation, except through the Team feature; (b) create more than one free Account to circumvent Plan limits; or (c) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. The Service
Flash AI provides AI-powered tools and workflows, which currently include the following features. Specific features depend on your Plan and may change over time:

- AI Writer / Templates: guided generation flows for marketing copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and similar use cases.
- AI Article Wizard: a multi-step authoring flow that drafts keywords, titles, outlines, body content, and supporting images for long-form articles.
- AI Image Generation: text-to-image and image-to-image generation through providers such as DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and Replicate.
- AI Vision: analysis of images you upload.
- AI Video / AI Influencer: generation of video, including avatar-style video that uses a facial likeness you upload.
- AI Voice: text-to-speech and voice cloning through providers such as ElevenLabs.
- AI Speech-to-Text: transcription of audio you upload.
- AI Code: code generation, explanation, and editing.
- Document Chat: question-answering over documents (including PDFs) you upload.
- Brand Voice and custom templates: tools to capture writing style and reuse it across generations.
- Workbooks and history: storage of your prompts, Outputs, and projects.
- Teams: shared workspaces for organisations (Section 11).
- API access: programmatic access to selected features through API keys (Section 13).
- Affiliate Program: referral commissions (Section 12).
We may add, modify, suspend, deprecate, or discontinue any feature at any time. Where we discontinue a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro rata refund or credit for the unexpired portion of the affected Plan.
5. Plans, Credits, and Billing
5.1 Plans and Credits
The Service is offered on free and paid Plans. Paid Plans may grant a recurring allotment of Credits or a fixed package of prepaid Credits. Unless your Plan description expressly states otherwise, unused Credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Plan terms, Credit allocations, and prices in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your subscription.
5.2 Free Plan
The free Plan is offered indefinitely, subject to Credit limits we set and may change from time to time. The free Plan is intended for evaluation and personal use; we may impose stricter abuse-prevention limits on free Accounts.
5.3 Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and other payment gateways we may add. By providing a payment method you authorise us, and Stripe (or the relevant gateway) on our behalf, to charge that payment method for all fees associated with your Plan, including any applicable taxes (including Singapore GST where applicable). All amounts are stated and billed in the currency displayed on the checkout page; foreign-exchange differences are your responsibility.
5.4 Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscription Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. Prepaid Credit packages do not auto-renew. Detailed terms governing cancellation, including downgrades, Team cancellations, and the EU/UK right of withdrawal, are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.5 Refunds
Except as required by applicable consumer-protection law and as expressly set out in our Refund Policy, all fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, unused Credits, downgrades, or features you choose not to use. The Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances in which we will issue a refund or credit (including duplicate charges, billing errors, demonstrable Service failures, and the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal where it has not been waived), the procedure for requesting a refund, and the timeframes that apply. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not refund consumed Credits, regardless of the quality of the resulting Output.
5.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices, Plan inclusions, or Credit allocations from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice (by email or through the Service) before any price change takes effect for your subscription. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
5.7 Taxes
Stated prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added, goods-and-services, withholding, or similar taxes imposed in connection with your use of the Service, except for taxes on our net income.
5.8 Failed payments
If a charge is declined we may retry the charge, suspend access to paid features, downgrade your Account to the free Plan, or terminate the Account. You remain liable for any unpaid amounts.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service, and not to permit any person you grant access to use the Service, to generate, request, transmit, or distribute content, or otherwise to engage in conduct, that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation, or any third-party right;
- infringes any intellectual-property right (including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or moral right) or any privacy, publicity, or contract right;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, or designed to impersonate another person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- is sexually explicit material involving or appearing to involve a minor, or that exploits, sexualises, or endangers minors;
- generates non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualised content depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's verifiable, prior, written consent;
- generates a face, voice, or likeness of a real person without the consent required by Section 8;
- generates election-related content intended to mislead voters about a candidate, party, voting process, or election outcome;
- generates content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred or harassment against a person or group based on a protected characteristic;
- provides instructions for the creation or use of weapons (including biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological, or conventional weapons), cyberweapons, or malicious software, or for compromising the security of any system you do not own and have explicit authorisation to test;
- provides medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice in a manner intended to substitute for advice from a licensed professional, or that recklessly disregards the foreseeable risk of harm;
- scrapes, reverse-engineers, decompiles, or otherwise attempts to derive the source code, model weights, training data, prompts, or system instructions of the Service or any AI Provider, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
- uses the Service or any Output to develop, train, fine-tune, or evaluate any product or service that competes with Flash AI or with any AI Provider;
- imposes an unreasonable load on the Service, attempts to bypass rate limits, Credit limits, or technical restrictions, or interferes with the proper operation of the Service;
- circumvents or disables any safety, content-policy, or moderation feature of the Service or of any AI Provider;
- resells, sublicenses, leases, or otherwise makes the Service available to third parties, except through the Team or Affiliate Program features as expressly permitted in these Terms.
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate Accounts that violate this Section, with or without notice, and may report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
7. AI-Generated Output
Output is generated by statistical models. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case. You must independently evaluate any Output before relying on it, and you must not rely on Output as the sole basis for any decision in any context where errors could cause harm (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or similar). Flash AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of any Output.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the upstream terms of the relevant AI Provider, you may use Output generated for you for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You acknowledge, however, that:
- Output is generated probabilistically and similar Output may be returned to other users;
- the legal status of AI-generated content (including authorship, copyright eligibility, trademark eligibility, and patentability) varies by jurisdiction and is evolving, and we make no representation about the legal status of any Output;
- certain AI Providers impose use restrictions that flow through to you (for example, restrictions on using Output to train competing models, or attribution requirements), and you are responsible for complying with those restrictions;
- you are responsible for any further use, modification, distribution, or publication of Output, including for ensuring that such use does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law.
8. Voice, Likeness, and Identity
If you upload a voice sample to clone or generate audio, or upload a face image or video to generate avatar-style video (collectively, "Identity Material"), you represent and warrant that:
- the Identity Material is your own voice or likeness, or you have obtained the prior, informed, written, and revocable consent of the person whose voice or likeness it is, and you can produce that consent on request;
- you have not uploaded the voice or likeness of (i) a public figure without that person's consent, (ii) a deceased person without the consent of the person or estate that holds the relevant rights, or (iii) any minor;
- your intended use does not violate any law, including laws prohibiting non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive election content, financial impersonation, or fraud;
- you will not use Identity Material or the resulting Output to deceive any person about the identity, statements, conduct, or endorsements of the person depicted.
We may decline to process, may delete, and may report Identity Material that we reasonably believe violates this Section. Your continued ability to use voice and likeness features depends on your compliance with this Section.
9. User Content
9.1 Ownership
As between you and us, you retain all rights you have in your User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it and to use the resulting Output.
9.2 Licence to Operate the Service
You grant Flash AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce, modify (only as necessary for technical operation), and process your User Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you, to comply with legal obligations, and to enforce these Terms. This licence ends when you delete the relevant User Content or close your Account, except that we may retain backups for the period stated in our Privacy Policy and copies that we are legally required to keep.
9.3 No Training on Your Content
Flash AI does not use your User Content to train its own machine-learning models. We forward your inputs to AI Providers solely to generate the Output returned to you, and we route requests through the provider's "no training" or "zero retention" mode where one is offered to API customers (see Privacy Policy Section 6).
9.4 Removal
We may remove or refuse to process User Content that violates these Terms, that we are required to remove by law, or that we reasonably believe creates risk of harm to any person.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, page layouts, video frames, sounds, system prompts, and trademarks, is owned by Flash AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
"Flash AI" and the Flash AI logo are trademarks of Alternative Data Pte. Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by the Affiliate Program brand guidelines.
11. Teams
The Team feature allows an organisation customer (the "Team Owner") to invite collaborators ("Team Members") into a shared workspace. The Team Owner controls the Team, including who is invited, what role each Member has, and which content is shared within the Team. The Team Owner is responsible for the conduct of its Team Members within the Team and for ensuring that each Team Member agrees to and complies with these Terms.
Team Owners and administrators have visibility into User Content submitted within the Team. Do not submit personal projects or sensitive personal content within a Team workspace. Removing a Team Member ends that Member's access to the Team but does not delete content the Member contributed; the Team Owner controls whether such content is retained or removed.
If billing for a Team is paid by the Team Owner, the Team Owner is responsible for all fees, including fees attributable to Team Members' usage.
12. Affiliate Program
If you enrol in the Affiliate Program, the following additional terms apply, in addition to any program-specific terms we publish.
- Commissions: we will pay commissions on qualifying paid subscriptions or purchases attributed to your unique referral link, calculated and paid in accordance with the rates and schedule we publish. We may change rates with at least thirty (30) days' notice.
- Attribution: attribution is determined by our cookie- and account-based tracking. We are not responsible for missed attribution caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or the user's choice to clear cookies.
- Prohibited methods: you may not (a) bid on Flash AI trademarks or close variants in paid search; (b) use spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive pop-ups, or scraped contact lists; (c) misrepresent the Service or its features; (d) self-refer (refer yourself, your household, or a controlled entity); (e) use cookie-stuffing, click-fraud, incentivised clicks (cash, prize, or in-product reward), or any automated means to inflate referrals; or (f) violate any applicable advertising or consumer-protection law.
- Payouts: minimum payout thresholds, payout methods, and payout schedule are as published. We may withhold or reverse commissions reasonably believed to result from prohibited methods, fraud, chargebacks, or refunds.
- Tax: you are responsible for all taxes on commissions you receive and for providing any tax forms we reasonably require.
- Termination: we may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. On termination we will pay any earned, unpaid commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold and that have not been forfeited under this Section.
13. API Access
If you use our API:
- you must keep your API keys confidential; you are responsible for all use made under your keys;
- you must comply with the rate limits and Credit consumption rules published in our developer documentation;
- you may not use the API to operate a service substantially similar to the Service, to resell access to underlying AI Providers, or to bypass any restriction in these Terms;
- we may revoke API keys, throttle requests, or suspend API access at any time to protect the Service or to comply with the requirements of any AI Provider;
- we may change, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice (typically at least sixty (60) days for breaking changes), except where shorter notice is required for security or legal reasons.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including AI Providers, payment processors (Stripe), email providers (Resend), and infrastructure providers (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare). Your use of those services is also governed by the relevant third party's terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party service. Where you connect a third-party service to the Service (for example, an integration or single-sign-on), you authorise us to exchange data with that third party as necessary to operate the integration.
15. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use that feedback for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.
16. Notice and Takedown (Copyright)
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices alleging infringement. If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to locate it (such as a URL or path within the Service);
- your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who submitted it. The user may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers will have their Accounts terminated.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may close your Account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:
- you have violated these Terms or any applicable law;
- your conduct creates risk or possible legal exposure for us, for any AI Provider, or for other users;
- your Account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months — in which case we will provide thirty (30) days' email notice before deletion;
- we are required to do so by law or by an AI Provider's policy.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete your Account, your User Content, and your Outputs in accordance with our retention schedule. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5 (for amounts owed), 7, 8, 9.2, 10, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 — will survive.
18. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY OUTPUT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE EXCLUSIONS ABOVE WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FLASH AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLASH AI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100). THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH ANY CLAIM IS BASED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE).
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flash AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
- your User Content, your Identity Material, or any Output you generate, distribute, publish, or rely on;
- your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law;
- your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contract rights);
- any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Service.
We will give you prompt notice of any claim subject to indemnification, and reasonable cooperation in the defence at your expense. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us.
21. Confidentiality and Beta Features
We may from time to time make pre-release, beta, alpha, preview, or experimental features available ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided "as is", may be unstable, and may be discontinued without notice. You agree to keep non-public information about Beta Features confidential, not to disclose it to any third party, and not to publish benchmarks of Beta Features without our prior written consent.
22. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Class-Action Waiver
22.1 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you and Flash AI submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
22.2 Class-action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Flash AI agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
22.3 United Nations Convention
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
23. Export and Sanctions
You may not use the Service in violation of any export-control, sanctions, or anti-boycott law of Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other applicable jurisdiction. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any restricted-party list.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email to the address associated with your Account or by an in-product banner) before they take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of these Terms reflects the latest update. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your Account.
25. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Plan-specific or Affiliate-Program-specific terms we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flash AI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section is void. We may assign these Terms freely, including to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or failures of upstream AI Providers.
- Notices to us. Notices to Flash AI must be sent to [email protected] with a copy by post to Alternative Data Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.
- Notices to you. We may give notice through the Service, by email to the address associated with your Account, or by posting on our website. Notice is effective when sent.
- Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Flash AI.
- Third-party beneficiaries. Except for AI Providers and our affiliates as third-party beneficiaries of the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities, there are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore does not apply to these Terms except to the extent expressly stated.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; the English version controls.
